If you have decided to cancel your auto insurance policy with us, we are sorry to see you go. The nice thing is that we have made it easy without sitting on hold, or waiting for an email confirmation.
If you still want to cancel your policy, you simply need to:
Navigate to the "Your Policy" by clicking on the three lines "III" in the upper left corner of the App.
Press on the "View Details" words in the bottom left corner of your electronic insurance card.
From the same screen, scroll down to the bottom and click on "Cancel Policy".
As a reminder, we will need a final odometer photo summitted through the App or emailed to [email protected]. Once we received the legible photo, we will complete a final true-up of your miles incurred and process any refund owed during normal business hours (Monday to Friday 7am to 7pm MST).
