If you’ve been involved in a car accident and the police are at the scene, the Police will typically call for you, or help you contact a tow service to move your car off the roadway. Tow truck drivers will help move your vehicle to a repair shop of your choice, or to their impound yard. If you have Collision Coverage on your policy, we will pay for reasonable tow truck costs in the event your listed vehicle is involved in an accident. If the other party is at fault for the accident, their insurance will cover those costs.
