Changing the coverages on your policy can be done right in the App. Whether you are adding or removing coverages, the App makes it simple for you to choose the right coverages for your vehicle.

Simply cancel your current policy in the App and repurchase a new policy with the updated coverages. When you cancel your current policy, you will need to take a final odometer photo of your vehicle to close out your current policy if you have a "Per-mile" policy. The Just Auto Underwriting Team will review that photo, calculate your miles driven and update your account balance. Once the final odometer photos is taken, the App will allow you to go through the sign up process for your next policy with your new coverage choices.

The App will walk you through the new policy purchase, giving you all the coverage options, explaining those options, and providing you with a new account balance requirement to start the new policy. Don’t worry, any positive account balance will rollover to help you start your next policy. Once your account balance is sufficient, your new policy will automatically start.

*Note - If you are adding comprehensive and collision coverage to your vehicle, be advised that there is an extra step of taking pre-policy purchase photos all around your car. Make sure your car fills the App camera and each body panel is clearly visible. That’s it!
