If you’ve just purchased your Pay-per-mile policy online (not in the app), there are a few quick steps to get you on the road:
Download the Just Insure app
Head to the App Store or Google Play and download the Just Insure app. Log in using the email you used to buy your policy.
Submit odometer photos
After your policy starts, go to your car and take a clear photo of your odometer.
- Upload one photo at the start.
- Upload another in 7 days. This helps us accurately track your mileage and determine your monthly rate. After that, we’ll only ask for an odometer photo once a month.
(For Full Coverage) submit vehicle photos
If you have purchased Full Coverage, you’ll also need to take a few well-lit photos of your car. This helps us document the car’s condition and process any future claims faster.
That’s it! Once your photos are uploaded, you’re all set. Use the app to manage your policy anytime.
